Fleet Fueling Systems

  • Install 10,000 gallon above ground storage tank (AST), dispenser & stand, 15 gallon spill container, overfill prevention valve, 3/4hp submersible pump & controller, and tank mounted clock guage with alarm.
  • Install complete fuel system including (1) 1,000 gallon above ground storage tank (AST), diesel dispensing unit, and tank monitoring equipment.
  • Furnish & install new fuel storage and dispensing systems at five sites. Remove existing fuel systems and add a new storm drain system, including an oil/water separator.
  • Install (1) 2K UL2085 AST with liner, (1) 12 gpm diesel dispenser, an INCON tank gauging system & additional appurtenances. Excavate, install & test 920 lf of 2” water line, 425 lf of 6” sewer line & 155 lf of 2” gas line.
  • Remove (2) 10K UST’s with piping and install (1) new 20K Glasteel ACT-100 Doublewall 2 compartment split UST with new piping to existing diesel dispensers.
  • Install New Fuel System.
  • Install new fuel facility with electrical, concrete, and canopies at the Rhodes Transportation Complex in San Antonio, Texas.
  • Install Two Master Satellite Fueling Points.
  • Install New AST Fueling System.

Unified Services of Texas, Inc (UST) designs and builds environmentally compliant vehicle dispensing systems to meet most applications. Our systems are designed for the safe storage and dispensing of gasoline, diesel and alternative fuels. Capacity ranges from 250-24,000 gallons for both underground and aboveground storage.

We design and build fleet fuel systems that feature the Fireguard® UL-2085 aboveground tank. A super lightweight insulation within the interstice, reducing total tank weight by more than half - so it can be easily relocated. The porous insulation material allows migration of any liquid through the interstice to the monitoring point. Unlike plastic liners, the steel double wall design provides 110% UL-listed secondary containment. And Fireguard® comes delivered as a complete unit - with Steel Tank Institute Quality Assurance built in.

Dispensers for the smaller 1000 gallon tanks are top mounted, while the dispensers for 2000 gallon tanks and larger are either side mounted or pedestal mounted. All dispensers are commercial grade that are compatible with all types of fuel. We offer a variety of Fuel Management Systems (FMS) for all types and size of systems.

UST also offers alternative fuel storage and dispensing systems. Our standard systems require little modification to facilitate alternative fuels such as Ethanol blends (E85), Biodiesel (B20) and Methanol. Typical alternative fuel storage systems include: UL 2085 protected tanks (Fireguard), product specific pumps, Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel piping, interstitial monitoring, spill containment devices, overfill devices, atmospheric & emergency vents, NFPA placards & decals, Fuel Management Systems (FMS), tank foundations and containment areas, vehicular protection (bollards, walls, railing), and electrical.
